1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns for Ceramic 11oz mugs within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return:
The mug must be unused, in the same condition as when you received it, and in its original packaging.
You must provide proof of purchase (order number, receipt, etc.).
Returns are only accepted for products that are defective, damaged during shipping, or if you received the wrong item.
2. How to Initiate a Return
To start a return:
Contact our customer support team at sales@melodycups.com within 30 days of receiving your order.
Provide your order number and a brief description of the reason for the return.
Our team will guide you through the return process and provide a FEDEX return shipping label if the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.
3. Defective or Damaged Items
If your Ceramic 11oz mug arrives damaged or defective, we will cover the return shipping costs. Please email us within 7 days of receiving the item with photos of the damage or defect. Upon approval, we will send a replacement or offer a full refund.
4. Non-Returnable Items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for:
Products that have been used, washed, or altered.
Personalized or custom-designed mugs (unless defective).
5. Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable, and you will be responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
6. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different product or size, please initiate a return and then place a new order.
7. Cancelling an Order
If you wish to cancel your order (only for blank cups) , please contact us immediately. If the order has not yet been shipped, we will cancel it and issue a full refund. Once the item has shipped, please follow our return process.
